Bachelor of Science in Hardware, Networking and Security Administration

Key Knowledge and Skills to be Acquired:

Understanding computer components, assembly, troubleshooting, and maintenance of desktops, servers, and peripheral devices.

Knowledge of system architecture, processors, storage, and input/output systems.

Designing, configuring, and managing local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and wireless networks.

Skills in firewall configuration, intrusion detection systems (IDS), antivirus management, and secure network practices.

Proficiency in installation, configuration, and management of operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix).

Implementing secure network designs, encryption, VPNs, and secure authentication mechanisms.

Requirements

Secondary school or Statement with 5 O' level Credit or better and that should include Maths,English, Science or Biology and any other two subjects.
